News and Events

Caliece Gaines (Grand Canyon University), LaNaeja Johnson (Kankakee Community College, and Micah Thomas (Spellman College) were all Hezekiah Brady Jr. Scholars for 2023-2024).
On Saturday, December 17, 2023, the C.R.A.F.T. Board of Directors, current S.A.P. scholars, parents and friends attended a “Connection” time at the Ralph J. Bailey Community Center. Great food, fun and fellowship!

C.R.A.F.T. Highlights

C.R.A.F.T. has served 275 students with a total of $225,315 through its Student Assistance Fund since 1991.
C.R.A.F.T. is in its 32nd year of partnership with Lorenzo Smith School in Pembroke, Illinois.
C.R.A.F.T. has awarded $39,750 to 22 Hezekiah Brady, Jr. scholars since 2005.
C.R.A.F.T. is supporting 27 college students in its 2023-2024 Student Adoption Program.
