• C.R.A.F.T. is supporting14 college students in its 2009-2010 Student Adoption Program.
• Graduation of Student Assistance Fund Recipients: Emmanuel Archie-2009 Graduate from Lane College in Jackson, Tennessee; Shanna Miles-2009 Graduate from Howard University in Washington, D.C.
• Over $600 was raised at C.R.A.F.T.’s Spring Day at the Market event.
• A total of $2,600 was raised for the Hezekiah Brady, Jr. Scholarship Fund from the 1st Hezekiah Brady, Jr. Scholarship Golf Outing on June 26, 2009
• Over $1,000 was raised at C.R.A.F.T.’s Annual Fish Fry on July 25, 2006
CRAFT Highlights 2009
C.R.A.F.T. has served 104 students with a total of $106,140 through its Student Assistance Fund.
C.R.A.F.T. is beginning its 18th year of partnership with Lorenzo Smith School in Pembroke, Illinois.
C.R.A.F.T. has established the Hezekiah Brady, Jr. Scholarship Fund in honor and memory of organization’s founder. ( $11,500 has been awarded to 6 students since 2005)
C.R.A.F.T. just completed its 6th year of the Summer Enrichment/Literacy Pro-gram.
